The jewel of Florida State's 2016 men's basketball signing class, Jonathan Isaac, confirmed on social media Tuesday that he plans to enroll at Florida State later this year and not pursue an early jump to the NBA.

Isaac caused a stir late Friday when SI.com reported he was planning to apply for the 2016 NBA Draft by trying to take advantage of a suspected loophole in league rules. The NBA requires players to be at least one year removed from high school graduation before entering the draft, but Isaac reportedly was going to apply on the basis that he should have graduated last summer -- instead, he is spending this year at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.

On Tuesday, Isaac allayed the fears of Florida State fans by announcing on Twitter that he is now definitely set on becoming a Seminole.

He called it "a definite and final decision" and said he would not discuss it any further.

Isaac, a 6-foot-10, 200-pound forward who is rated the nation's No. 14 prospect, headlines a Florida State signing class that is ranked No. 8 in the country. The Seminoles also are bringing in shooting guard Trent Forrest and point guard C.J. Walker.
